Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
We have secured a room block at Hotel ZaZa at a discounted rate for event participants. Booking details and deadlines will be provided upon registration.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
60 days or more prior to September 10: You will receive a full credit applicable toward a future event or membership.
45 to 59 days prior to September 10: You will receive a 50% credit applicable toward a future event or membership.
Fewer than 45 days prior to September 10: No credit or refund will be issued.
Credits are non-transferable and must be used within one calendar year of the original event date.
