We recommend a polished yet comfortable wardrobe that transitions seamlessly from daytime sessions to evening events:
  • Daytime Sessions: Business casual or elevated casual (think dresses, blouses, button-downs, slacks, or polished denim with a blazer)
  • Evening Dinners: Smart casual to cocktail attire
  • Welcome & Closing Events: Dress to impress, stylish and elevated
  • Final Night Celebration: Disco-inspired attire, think sequins, metallics, bold prints, and fun statement pieces
  • Footwear: Comfortable shoes for walking and standing throughout the day
  • Fitness/Wellness Activities (if participating): Athletic wear and sneakers
  • Layers: Meeting rooms can vary in temperature, so bring a light jacket or sweater
The overall vibe is refined, effortless, and comfortable, dress in a way that makes you feel confident and aligned with the experience.
Dallas in mid-September still feels like late summer, with warm, sunny days and comfortable evenings. You can expect daytime temperatures in the mid-80s to low 90s, with evenings cooling into the mid-60s to mid-70s.
We recommend packing light, breathable clothing for daytime activities, along with a light layer for indoor spaces where air conditioning may be cool. Evenings are warm and pleasant, perfect for outdoor gatherings and events.
